The Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Tax Department purchased the PTMS application from TaxComp, Inc. Toyota had less than 60 days to install & implement this application to meet required state tax reporting deadlines.

APPROACH
Toyota engaged us to manage the entire infrastructure deployment and application implementation. We developed a task plan consisting of over 200 tasks, worked closely with Tax, Vendor Partners, and hardware and networking partners to deliver on time and under budget. We worked closely with Enterprise Architecture and the Networking, Integration, Design & Engineering, and Security Centers of Excellence to devise a detailed infrastructure design and deployment structure.
Solution / RESULTS
Project was implemented in approximately 5 weeks with no service disruption to Toyota Tax.
