Syncata worked collaborated to support Toyota’s Order Management System project. Syncata required a specific programming skill set to support Toyota and was unable to supply the skill set directly to Toyota.

APPROACH
Toyota engaged us to identify and provide a database resource with the specific skills needed to support the Order Management project need.
Using our 8-step resource recruiting methodology, we interviewed top management and the internal Syncata recruiting manager to ascertain the specific skill set need to support the project.
Solution / RESULTS
We developed the blueprint for the ideal candidate, reached out to the marketplace and identified multiple candidates, conducted pre-screening interviews, narrowed the field of candidates, introduced the candidates to Syncata, and supplied the resource to Syncata for approximately seven (7) months.
