Driving Key / Critical Projects

APPROACH

Bank of America engaged members of our team to participate in the Project Management Office in a Senior PMO role over a staff of approximately 40 contractors.  We developed project plans, detailed task plans, scope management and quality management strategies, project status summary deliverables and weekly status reports for Senior Bank Officers.  We initiated and directed three project steering committees comprised of client and contract staff, generated contingency, staffing, training and facilities plans.

Solution / RESULTS

We facilitated numerous project meetings, tasks, and consistently drove results that met the banks timelines.  We created PMO reporting packages for Bank of America’s Internal Control department and worked collaboratively with Senior Bank Officers to implement projects to meet strict Federal Financial deadlines and constraints.
